🎯 Eligibility Criteria for NER Act Apprentice 2026-27
📌 Age Limit (as on 16.10.2025)
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- PwBD: +10 years
Candidates applying must ensure they fall within the permissible age limits.
📌 Educational Qualification
To be eligible, a candidate must have:
- Passed Class 10th / High School with at least 50% marks
- ITI Certificate in notified trade
(Both qualifications must be completed before the notification date — 16.10.2025)
Candidates with Engineering Diploma or Graduation are not eligible under this notification.

Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate issued by an authorized medical officer during Document Verification.

📝 Selection Process for NER Act Apprentice 2026
Selection is purely merit-based.
No written exam. No interview.
Merit List Will Be Prepared Based On:
- Average Percentage of Marks of Class 10th and ITI
- Both marks carry equal weightage
- Candidates may apply for multiple units
- If first preference is not available, next preference will be allotted
Document Verification at Gorakhpur
Shortlisted candidates must carry:

After verification, training will begin in the allotted workshop.
🎓 Training & Stipend
Training will follow standards of the Central Apprenticeship Council.
